Welcome to Santlhof
Our house is also the ideal starting point for different leisure activities and sports, as well as cultural events. Next door (50m) you will find our traditional Buschenschank, where you can expect true palate joys.
Santlhof History
Santlhof was first mentioned in 1547, when master builder Matheus Trientner acquired the house. Over the centuries, the farm had several owners. Since 1994 owner is Georg Mayr, who renovated it in 1996 with natural materials (lime, bricks and wood from own forest).
Santlhof is surrounded by 1.5 hectares of orchards and vineyards and 3.3 hectares of forest. From our vineyards (Chardonnay, Sauvignon) and from the vineyards around Cortaccia (Cabernet, Vernatsch) we do produce the wines which you can taste in our rustical house Santlhof.
